Pentecostal Assemblies
Church
A Christ-centred, Spirit-filled church founded by Evangelists Molly Makhathini and John Motheboshoahe Phenduka Khumalo. Anchored on the Trinity, salvation, holiness and the Great Commission.
Welcome
Whether you are seeking God for the first time or looking for a church family, you are welcome here. Come and worship with us.
Our Story
The Pentecostal Assemblies Church began in the 1950s in Lomahasha, north-east Eswatini. Evangelist Molly Makhathini from South Africa and Evangelist John Motheboshoahe Phenduka Khumalo from Lesotho brought the gospel to a community that was then a stronghold of traditional beliefs.
The first permanent stone church at Ezithembisweni was opened on 22 July 1960. From that small beginning the church has grown to many branches across Eswatini and South Africa, guided by the National Executive Committee and a commitment to the Great Commission.
